Understanding the OSHA
Fall Requirements of 2017
In 2017, OSHA updated fall protection requirements for building roofs, outlining how to implement fall restraint and fall arrest systems. As a result, many business and building owners turned to renting or hiring crane services to clean their higher windows. This led to less frequent window cleaning, resulting in increased buildup of dirt, dust, and unnoticed minor damages that eventually caused larger problems.

These windows may be accessible by water fed poles but may require anchor systems to reach higher windows.
6 Stories and Above | High-Rise Windows
These windows will require a combination of water fed poles for the more accessible windows and our anchor system for higher up windows.
