How your project runs

Five steps, and you know where we are at every one

Step 01

Walkthrough and written access plan

We walk the building, the roof, the anchor points and the glass. You get a written access plan and a fixed project price before anything is booked. If your roof cannot be rigged safely, you hear that at this stage, not later.

Step 02

Rigging, anchors and load testing

Primary lines, backup lines and anchors are set and load tested on the roof before anyone goes over the edge. Edge protection goes in wherever the rope crosses a hard surface.

Step 03

Site briefing with your superintendent

We walk your super through the access plan, the drop zone, the hours and the day’s sequence. Ground level is marked and controlled. Everyone on site knows what is happening above them.

Step 04

Clean and repair on the same drop

Purified water and hand detail on the glass, frames, sills and trim. Failed seals, loose hardware and caulk issues get handled on the same descent, so you are not paying to put a crew back on the building twice.

Step 05

Walk the building and sign off

We walk the finished building with you, flag anything that needs a return visit, and leave the roof and the ground the way we found them. You get photo documentation of any unit we repaired.

Because our technicians are rope-access certified, we do more than wash glass. We inspect and repair windows, seals and hardware on upper floors without a lift, a swing stage or a crane. One crew, one visit, both jobs.

New builds and additions

Post-construction glass, cleared before turnover

New glass arrives with the whole job still on it. Mortar splatter, stucco, silicone smears, tape adhesive, overspray and label residue all have to come off before turnover, and most of it sits well above the reach of a ladder.
